Silvino Domingos is a Partner of CMS LBR, CMS Portugal’s associated firm in Angola.
With around 15 years of experience assisting Angolan and international clients, Silvino has focused his practice on the insurance sector, specialising in the analysis and drafting of complex contracts, insurance policies, reinsurance and co-insurance agreements.
Silvino has extensive experience in providing legal advice to companies across a wide range of sectors, particularly in Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, Data Protection, Financial and Tax Law, Labour Law, compliance and anti-money laundering.
He was Legal Director of Coca-Cola for several years, Legal and Compliance Director of Sanlam Allianz and also Chairman of the General Meeting of the same company from 2018 to 2022.
Silvino Domingos was a founding partner of SD Advogados, the firm that joined CMS LBR in 2022.
He currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of AIDA – Angola.
Silvino is individually ranked Band 3 for General Business Law: Angola in Chambers Global, 2026, and is recommended for Angola Local Firms by Legal 500, since 2023.
