Carla de Oliveira is a Trainee Lawyer at CMS LBR, an associated firm of CMS Portugal in Angola.
Carla primarily develops her professional activity in the field of Public Law, working on matters related to administrative concessions, administrative procedures and litigation, as well as tax litigation, both in judicial and administrative contexts, including legal analysis, procedural follow-up, and support in the preparation of litigation strategies.
She also has experience in procedural practice, participating in declaratory, enforcement, labour, and family proceedings, contributing to the drafting of procedural documents, legal opinions, and memoranda, as well as conducting legal research, regulatory framework analysis, and monitoring judicial proceedings.
In the field of Private Law, she has provided support in the analysis, review, and drafting of civil contracts, namely lease agreements, service agreements, promissory contracts, purchase and sale agreements, and other contracts, ensuring legal compliance and the identification of legal risks.
